AA Notes on sizes of pots

Beans - Baked Beans Delicious hearty beans. The original recipe was from my Grandma! Now multipot instructions! 
Beans - large recipe Pinto beans for 'refried' beans. Black beans or white navy type of beans. Make this large quantity and freeze the extras. Never buy canned beans again! Now including multi-cooker pot instructions.

Beef - Meatballs: Smoke Them! Lots of soft tasty meatballs fast! Worth the effort. Basic recipe: 3 oz bread crumbs and 1 egg each pound of ground beef. Smoke them! Really Good! 
Beef - Meatloaf This is dairy-free but has sauteed bread crumbs for texture and flavor! 
Beef - Party Burgers A whole big pan of tasty hamburgers. Like little meatloaf sandwiches. 
Beef - Pasture Raised Less Tender For less tender roasts. Chuck or 'pot roast', rump roast, brisket. 
Beef - Pasture Raised Tender notes Buying a half cow gives such variety and possibilities for really tasty meals, but requires notes! 
Beef - Roast Beef notes Allow 10-24 hours for the salt to season your meat from within. Roast very very slowly, even multiple pieces, usually at 170* or even less, which means to cycle the oven on and off. 
Beef - Sloppy Joes for a Crowd Recipe for a 4 inch deep hotel pan of sloppy joes! Use or freeze. *This recipe is 10 lb ground beef to 1 #10 can tomatoes. Spaghetti is 1 lb ground beef to 1 #10 can tomatoes.

Pasta - Spaghetti The basic recipe is 1 lb meat and 1 #10 can (3 qts) tomatoes OR 1 qt already cooked meat from the freezer and 2 #10 cans (6 qts) tomatoes. Makes 14 cups of sauce. 1 cup of sauce is a generous serving with 2 or 3 oz of pasta (uncooked weight).

Pizza - Quick Mix Just stirred together by hand and I pat it onto TWO 2/3 large sheet pans for the grandkids. 
Pizza - Refrigerator method I have made whole wheat pizza but the Bob's Red Mill Artisan bread flour is just so stretchy and makes huge air bubbles and is crispy without being hard! Worth the white. 
Polenta - just cooked cornmeal This is soft polenta, which is like mashed potatoes, it is too soft to fry in a shape, but reheats wonderfully by sauteeing it. It returns to its soft texture.

Pork Loin Roast - Brined Brine your pork loin roast and you will have meat that can be sliced so thin for sandwiches!

Pot Pie - Biscuit Dough Topped Baked as a solid sheet of dough, this topping is similar to pie dough. 
Pot Pie - Cornmeal Topping Homemade all cornmeal cornbread is the topping for this versatile mexican casserole. 
Pot Pie - Pie Dough Topped A thick flaky savory pie crust transforms any filling into a treat! By roasting the vegetables first you have each piece hold its shape and have all its flavor packed inside itself! 
Rice - Brown Rice Just rice for a crowd. With my kangan water machine use 4.5-6.0 water which makes the rice fluffy. Or just use 9.5 so it is more alkaline. 
Rice Pilaf Notes because it is very difficult to get brown rice to cook evenly with flavorings in it. 
Salting Notes Because I forget! 
Sandwiches - Chicken & Bacon-Walnut Cream Cheese When I make whole chickens and I have the beautiful brined and roasted breasts to use. Especially for my sourdough bagels or artisan bread. 
Sandwiches - Fry Bread Don't forget to use fry bread for sandwich options. 
Soup - Chili: White Chicken  
Soup - Butternut Squash Red Lentil Stew Spicy and thick warming fall meal. 
Soup - Butternut Squash with beef Fragrant and warming African Spiced stew. 
Soup - Chili for a Crowd This recipe is simple but makes 12 qts, cooked in the oven in a hotel pan or my 15 qt brazier pan on the stovetop. 
Soup - Chili: Instant Pot Chili really improves as it sits a day or two. So make it early. 
Soup - CREAMY CURRY RED LENTIL Cumin, garlic, ginger, and curry powder all help give this soup a robust flavor profile, while the balsamic vinegar provides just the right tang. And red lentils cook quickly! 
Soup - Creamy Harvest Beautiful colors of fall as you make this soul satisfying soup. 
Soup - Creamy Italian Creamy, but with chicken broth. Made in my 12 qt pot but it would reheat better in the hotel pan as it is more shallow. Now you could just make it in my 15 qt brazier pan!

Soup - Salmon Chowder This is a quickly copied recipe. Will require advance planning to have all the ingredients, but I think it is worth keeping.

Thanksgiving - Cranberry Sauce Make your own. Easy and so intensely flavorful! 
Thanksgiving - Gravy Good Gravy! This is really just notes. Now with an option for gluten free. 
Thanksgiving - Stuffing Bouncy flavorful stuffing! Begin drying the bread two nights before you want to use it. 
Thanksgiving - Turkey Well, brining has been really good! 1/2 t per lb is a good place to start for dry brining. And here is the recipe for a great wet brine! Both methods are best started 36-48 hours before you want to start smoking or roasting the bird. 
Walnut Tea Sandwiches An interesting combination of cream cheese, walnuts, red peppers and onion and nutmeg. 
Yogurt topped Casserole for a crowd A good topping for all sorts of vegetable-meat casseroles.
